GRAPE PORRIDGE

INGREDIENTS

Grapes. Sugar. Cornmeal. Cinnamon. Sesame. Walnuts.

 

PREPARATION

The grapes are squeezed and the broth is strained to remove the skins and pits. It is put on a slow fire and little by little we are incorporating the flour, the sugar and a handful of sesame seeds without stopping stirring. When they are served hot on the plates, we can decorate them with a little crushed sesame and walnut pieces. They are served cold.
